The compact digital measuring instruments DPM36-AV, -AVN and -P with white LED background lighting are characterised by user-friendly operation, precise measured values and a wide range of possible applications. With dimensions of 36 x 72 mm, the small digital measuring devices are perfect for installation in control cabinets as well as control panels. Depending on the model, the versatile mesuring instruments are used for AC and DC voltage measurements up to 30 V or 300 V, current measurements up to 10 A or 100 mA, and current measurements on the shunt. During operation, the devices can be switched between the different measurement types as well as AC and DC using an external switch. The full scale of the bar display can be individually programmed and is displayed next to the bar display. Min and max values are recorded, which can be activated by jumper or via an external switch. The backlight can be switched on or off using a jumper. For battery operation, there is a monitoring of the adjustable supply voltage, which displays a warning message on the display if the supply voltage falls below the specified level. Furthermore the measuring devices contain a hold function, which allows the current measured value to be frozen using an external switch.

Interfaces

All measured values can be reliably transmitted via the serial interface. An optional USB interface can be added using an external card, which opens up further application possibilities. The interfaces enable both live data transmission and data transmission via remote query, with a transmission rate of up to five measured values per second.
